The fictitious client was looking for a comfortable house, with contemporary architecture and a place to receive family and friends, the following rooms were provided according to the briefing; living room integrated with kitchen and social area, pantry, office, TV room, guest bedroom, suite for son, suite master with closet and bathtub, guest area with pool.

The fictitious client was looking for a house that would be a vacation retreat, following a minimalist and Scandinavian style, he requested the following rooms: a living room integrated with the kitchen and social area, an office; a master suite with a bathtub; and a deck overlooking the lake.

The project focuses on the main idea of ​​integrating the public and private sectors in order to create a central location in the Saúde neighborhood in São Paulo, attracting the interest of pedestrians and residents.
